The WingWave® method is an innovative and scientifically validated coaching technique designed to promote emotional well-being, reduce stress, and enhance personal or professional performance. It integrates three key components:
Bilateral eye movement, inspired by EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), to stimulate inter-hemispheric communication in the brain and facilitate the processing of blocked memories or emotions.
Kinesiology muscle testing, to precisely and individually identify sources of stress or areas to work on.
Neurolinguistic programming (NLP), to support clients in reprogramming limiting thoughts and mental patterns.
